TPO Single-Ply Roofing System (SPR)
OYH Single-Ply Roofing System (SPR) is a comprehensively roofing system that utilizes exposed single-ply waterproofing membranes such as TPO, PVC, and EPDM, installed using mechanical fastening, fully adhered application, or loose laying with ballast. 1. TPO Mechanically-attached Roofing System Mechanically fastening TPO membrane insulation and vapour barrier system onto steeldeck, suitable for structural steel roof. 2. TPO Fully-adhered Roofing System The TPO membrane is fully bonded to the roof base layer by adhesive, which can prevent the membrane and roof frombeing penetrated by nails. 3. TPO for Building Metal Envelope System 3.1 Inseparable System The TPO waterproof membrane is laid under the metal roof panel, and is tightly sealed onto the attached formwork through metal clips combined with sealing paste or sealing tape. The joints of the membrane are welded by hot air, and the space between the metal roof panel and the waterproof membrane is relatively short, so it is called a sealed type, suitable for factories, and large public building such as airports, exhibition centers, etc. airports, exhibition centers, etc. with relatively gentle changes in roof contour. 3.2 Clearance System TPO membrane is laid under the metal roof panel and above the thermal insulation layer, and be used the mechanically attached or fully boned method, lap-seams of the membrane are welded by hot air. The sub purlin of upper layer is connected to the main structural through the column. The column is wrapped with TPO membrane flashing pieces to form an complete waterproof layer. A large clearance is formed between the upper layer of Decorative Cladding and TPO membrane, so it is called clearance system.Suitable for large and medium-sized public buildings such as sports venues, museums, etc. with drastic changes in roof contours and complex shapes.
